The Purple Thing

How wonderful it is with the Internet. When you have stuff in the kitchen and you have no idea whats to cook.. You can just "google" (i love Google) and type the keyword and voila.. You have tons of options on whats to cook with the stuff.

And the best thing ever is, many people tend to share their recipes or video of "how to " on Youtube, to name a few.. Well and share means, FOC.

I had eggplant in the fridge and not knowing what to cook with it. And I found the recipe blog from a guy I wish to marry. ha Ha. Good to have known a guy who can cook. Well in this case, great in cooking. Oh my..

this is the blog: Closet Kitchen the recipe is tempting, the photo is sharp. Its like a free browsing in Borders.

note : I had my eggplant cooked with dried shrimp, chilies, minced chicken and sweet soy souce. Well, better sleep now... driving home to Bentong tomorrow.
