I was so tired yesterday, I went back when the sun went to West and the moon took over. Did you noticed the moon was so beautiful last nite? Or is it the night before?
Anyway, last entry was stated that this entry would be a very long one :D We will see. I am writing down this post in my office, lunch hour break. I had couple of fresh fruit cut. Tried to eliminate the rice taking this week. Try Try Try.
It was last Monday, when I dressed up for the day out with my sis. All my clothes were snugged. Especially on my arms part. My arms are huge. When I started with gym, I did a lot of weight and my arms were slimmer a bit now they are huuuuge!
Damn it.
So I still wear my tee. I dunno it might look ugly on me but well..
So other than trying my ass off to the gym, I tried to cut down my meal servings. And tend to start on snacking. Frequent snacks is good. A proper diet plan has 8 times of meal in a day. But its definitely not nasi lemak for breakfast, karipap for snack, nasi campur for lunch, sweet kueh for snacks, bubur jagung for tea time, kueh2 for snacks, KFC for dinner and ice cream for dessert and last but not not not very least is roti canai for supper :D
Whoa.. dat would be quite a day for me! I love food.
A proper diet plan would be .. owh I dunno where I put the plan. Its attached to my GNC protein shake ( which I have ignore for quite a while ) .. Anyway I will share something I remember.
Breakfast - protein shake, oats n cereals
Snacks - almonds or other nuts
Lunch - fresh cut fruits and protein shake
snacks - i dun remember .. maybe celery and carrot strips with low fat dip? :D
tea time - or maybe a gluten free muffin over cuppa coffee :D
snacks - fruit again? or nuts again?
dinner - lean meat, grilled or stir fried with olive oil or veggie oil, with a lot lots lots of vegetables.
snacks - of cuz fruit. no carb after 8 :D
ha ha ha so perfect. :D
mine is not. I take fruits now, maybe later for dinner I'd go for a nice dry curry mee at Oldtown :D Ngeeeeee
Its not goin to be a long post this time. maybe later tonite.
ps : I missed Grammy. mother nature was mad at us and striked a damn good lightning over the Astro receiver stuff on top of the apartment. So sad.
