So as planned, and as tickets bought few weeks ago.. we went to Reza Salleh DFP showcase last nite and it was Outstanding! I used the same verb as the tweet I sent to him on twitter. And to me, personally .. its not the success of him alone but the whole band. Awesome night. Who might have thoughts that when I first knew him last few years, that time I heard of him but never heard the song. So one nite we went to Hartamas and he was one of the performers covered Incubus songs. I cant remember which songs.. but I was like amazed .. I think he covered Pardon Me. It is ONE tough song!!! Imagine to read the science text book and make it poetic? ;) So since then, I was like damn this Reza Salleh is good. But still I didnt really get into his music. Until last year when I was back from Melaka and I heard the single, Kasih. So  I bought the cd. No biggie... I support local scene ( but selected ler haha ) and he was being v v nice on twitter... doesn't seems like himself personally

First I knew Adele from the song Chasing Pavements. But didnt really pay attention to this, I knew she was a foreign singer broke into US market and indeed I was impressed. And I thought she was French. When KC gave me accessed to his music folder, I saw Adele's Folder and I copied the whole 21 album. I listened to Lovesong ( original song by The Cure - my old time fave ) and I fell in love. Her voice was magnificent.. and she got into the high notes, she wasnt screaming. And she is not slim. Wow!!! Anyway, so I got Adele fever.. been 2 - 3 months now. Not yet bored with her album. Still playing it and sometimes logged on Youtube and watched the live version. I remembered what the host of some award said before Adele's performance. The statement goes something like this "Its funny when a stranger sings a song you can relate to your very personal life story." And indeed he was very correct. Adele is a human, she went ups n downs and she shared her life with us.

Without really realizing it, its been 2 weeks Wan ( my grandma ) stayed in the hospital. Not only that I got to spend most of my free hours in Tawakkal - I also got a bit tied up with office works and my ownself since I was down with a high fever last week. I'm not 100% healed, but I'm getting better. As Wan in the hospital, I saw too many colors inside the family. The kind one, the show off one, the sulking one, the depressed one and yea so many to listed out. When I saw her old face, she is 85 this year well I never thought I could be that far anywaay, I could still remember those days whenever the school holidays and the cousins turun bentong .. I would ask my mom to send her to my grand's house and we would sleep on the mattress in the hall.. With the cat snoozed in between our legs. The morning when we woke up, the breakfast would be ready and Wan would ask us to brush our teeth and washed the face then to get our breakfast with her. Then we would play, or went to
