Musical Life of Hushgirl

Well, I used to be close to my youngest uncle. My ma's brother. He is.. urm around 8 years older than me. But we were get along very fine. He loves classic rock and I always messed with his tapes collection. You know tape? The black square thingy that you play with your stereo ha ha :D I guess, that is one of the most nostalgic stuff I ever had. So, among the classic rock bands that I learn to listen from him was this band called Def Leppard. When I was still in school and my pet bro was a student in UM, I asked how was his typical Raya? He said he would party all night of Raya eve and back home and slept until noon. Or maybe till the eve. I said, gosh, your raya is so not meaningful. And as i grew up, I felt like I understand his situation. Mine is not meaningful.. well not much. But this year I felt a bit of feeling of anticipation. Well maybe, being a normal girl.. cuz I did but some nice clothes for Baju Raya. yes and one is from Kak Linda, she got me a nice red kebaya And, yesternite, the raya eve.. the tailor didnt showed up. Usually she dropped by the house to send the clothes. So .. this morning.. no, no sign of her. So I got pretty bad mood. Moreover, babah went home to the 'other home', first time no morning raya with babah and ma completely. I felt sad a bit, and frustrated cuz the clothes werent siap. Ma called the tailor and she confirmed she cant make it. Not just for today, 1st day.. but maybe 3rd Ray

I received an Eid SMS from a friend.. who.. well, I dun expect any from him. So it goes like this.. (I know its a forward SMS.. not originally created by him though..).. Sorry it is in Malay. Hmmm couple of minutes ago, I had a black coffee on the rocks cuz I felt like it. And I dunno what time will I sleep later. No coffee doesnt make me awake much.. It just that, last nite.. I slept at 12, awoke at 3 something then back to sleep after Subuh. And the whole morning were in bed, then had brunch. Then slept again until 3pm. Awake until now *grin* Anyway managed to get the wardrobe and the room spic and span. Changed the new bed cover, and my clothes drawers was 1 thing I could be proud of at this moment. 1st drawer - intimate stuff, 2 - tops, 3 - towels, skirts and pants Haha And the 2 door closet was packed with hanged clothes and bags / paper bags / stuff at the low level. Urghhh.. I still have some dry clean clothes I dunno where to place them. Gosh... I so need a walk in closet!!! Whoa... No No no One actually obsessed with me. I just heard the MC's song and I kinda like it. Mariah is ONE hot person alive! ha ha ha and even when she played a guy character in this music video, she still looks HOT! ha ha I went out this morning with li'l sis. Got gift for mommy's bithday this Raya. Yesternite, went to KLCC and saw this Espirit Watch. And it was love at 1st sight. I have been searching for mommy's watch for months and I really dig this one. The face was white, the Roman numeric character, square just like she wants it. And its well.. I dunno, I dun really fancy buying mommy Espirit.. Such a teen label... but since I think it gonna fits her well.. I kinda feel like buying it for mommy. The price was not so expensive, RM479. So when I got home I told my li'l sis. She was delighted. So today we went to Solar Time in Sg Wang, and she loves it. We bought it right away.. and the price down to RM380. A nice day. A nice date. A date to remember. It's related to my life. And I already chose the menu of the day, a stir fried noodles with beef ( its actually spaghetti cuz i dun eat noodles), shrimp wanton (with water chestnut), fruit salad and .. ehem.. my trainee was celebrating her Birthday today and bought me a Secret Recipe cake :) My fave, without asking.. a slice of Chocolate Indulgence. Now why is that today is her birthday and I got the cake. When we had our small celebration at McD, on my birthday.. she asked me to guess whats her birthday. And I guessed 9th September and I was correct. She said she's gonna get me a cake. I thought she was joking.. :D So what a perfect day!. The people in the office were not so annoying today. Well, and my heart is a bit calm and I am getting better. Though my face gets oily and goin to get small pimples resulting the surgical mask.. Hey! I've been sick :( Since last friday nite, I got this terrible sore throat and it went on on Saturday. Well, since the friday nite I kinda cancelled the Iftar date with dear cousins, so Saturday I couldnt cancel it anymore. I guess the sore throat would be off.. buts its getting hot. We then went out shopping and shopping - I got a new dress again :D huhu It was tired, and I was battling with my sore throat turned to fever and flu. I got a bit scared though.. and later we had Iftar together with the cousins :D It was a nice dinner by Kak Linda. Around 9 something, my parents came pick me up and we went to Cik Jah's house. Well its very very personal to share about the new Cik Jah's house, I actually controlled myself from crying. It was sad. But as my mom said, its all about trial and tribulations from God. And my mom did say, all families has its own problem. I hope Cik Jah could go through all this and the kids too. I have no idea how to help them.. but well.. maybe,

I think I should figure out how to have the time stamp for my blog entry. Cuz I am so proud today, its been 2 days ina row I didnt sleep after Sahur :D Yesterday, I was awake to finish the office work. Today I was supposed to do some office works.. Just a simple one, then maybe I should continue reading the small revised book on Life Insurance in Malaysia. Handbook loan from my boss. 167 pages to read, 22 chapters, and I just read 3. :D My plan is to finish it by this week, so I can start with the text book - with 18 chapters. Wheew... and the exam would be on 2nd November. Sigh... too soon!!!! Well well if a 300 pages of non fiction can be finish in max 2 days.. why not the text book can be complete in 1 day :P Ha Ha focus focus.. Yesterday, anyway managed to have Iftar with Nadiah. :D Was actually not proud cuz the last time I saw her was on my birthday.. Whoa its September. Means its goin to be the 9th months of me working in the new company. If I were pregnant, I would deliver now :D And talking about deliver, well.. some of the task I already major .. well well.. But I did write a good tedious coding today. And I was proud. I remembered the 1st time I wrote a stored procedure. For Oracle. My former senior, Kak Elly wrote a basic coding and I learn from that. Now I could read faster, debug better but still suck at write it from scratch ha ha ha :D But today, I just wrote something that I proud of. Well, at least.. cuz I tried on my own and I googled :) Okie Im a google maniac.. well dun blame me, both my siblings are IT-illiterate but they sure find google much more efficient than any other search engine. Well, when you look at google page, u know this phrase is true. Less is More. Hmm.. ok this isnt a good point to blog. Its just that I got back from work pretty early today. I walked out at 5pm.
