Bali day Two

The best thing about Bali was that 6 am already looks like 7 to 8 am in Malaysia. So if we were about to wake up early, we didnt mind at all!! So breakfast in Hotel Cafe. Well... normal breakfast but I kinda like the tempeh. so tasty and fresh! I never mind to have to eat the tempeh everyday!!! The fried tempeh was eaten with thick soy souce with chili padi.. nyaman sekali buk!!!!!

The main agenda for Day 2 was shopping!!! :D

That morning we went to see Pak Agus to confirm our day tour. We decided to have only 1 day to tour since we need more time to lepak in Kuta Town .. well.. still a Metro girl, it seemed :D So the tour will be tomorrow.. and that day was the free day. So we are so goin to check out the Kuta Town

clockwise from upper-left : me and Roxy are inseparable :) * Milo Es from McD * me and Zai infront of the hotel lobby * Zla amused with Kuta Town.

So yes we shopped. Well mostly just to survey the stuff but managed to get Roxy Bali tee :) yay!!! We then heading down to the famouse Kuta Beach!!! But on the way, me and Zai got our beach hat at local store and yes, we dropped by Hard Rock Hotel Souvenir Shop and bought some stuff. :)

Some pics at Kuta Beach and Hard Rock Hotel

moreeeee...

Whenever I was at the beach, I never care how tanned I could be. I just dun mind at all!! But Sunplay sunblock is good.. =)

We had Bakso and Tehbotol ( my Indo Coke ) for lunch. Bakso is only what, Rp5000. :)

Around 4 pm, we went back to the hotel and relaxed, before the quest of searching for Local food.

Since Indonesian celebrating Lebaran and most Muslims in Bali back to Pulau Jawa, we couldnt find a decent nasi Padang restaurant. My sis was craving for ns Padang, I was up to anything. We walked out of the hotel and ended up in some Food Court. Damn I dun remember the name. But it was quite OK. I had Lelapan Ayam - Roasted Chicken kinda thing, My sis got cumi bakar - grilled squid and Zai had the same thing I had. We also tried the Chicken Soto and Chicken Satay.

no Food of Satay!!!!

Off then we went to get a cab and told the driver to get us to bypass Ngurah Rai. We were goin to Billabong outlet store and few other surf shops. Yes the price of those surf labels were so so cheap but sometimes I found the stuff was like very very rejected! Billabong store was a bit decent, bought few stuff for ourselves and loved ones. And yes, there were halal Nasi Padang restaurant just beside the Billabong store :D huahauhauhau

Around 7 pm, ( but its already dark like 9 pm), We took cab again back to Kuta Town. Since Zai needed to buy something in Hard Rock, we walked to the store and relaxed few minutes in Starbucks, Hard Rock Hotel. That nite I had Ice Cafe Latte. and yes.. no complaints :) Bumped into 2 HOTTEST bule we ever see :D

The walked along Kuta, bought Roxy luggage bag at Quiksilver, then had some time in Bubba Gump Bali. Most night shot werent captured nicely using Zai's camera. :D Moral of the story, buy Canon ha ha JK!

Ep 21, True Love Waits and Daniel Johns

Daniel Johns finally 30 year old. What a grown up man now, Mr Danny Boy.. :) Happy Belated Birthday. IN THE lead-up to turning 30 next week, Daniel Johns is considering a bit of a sea change. The Silverchair frontman is planning to follow his heart - and girlfriend - to New York after his birthday next week. Having been with Louise van de Vorst for more than 10 months, the alternative rocker has reportedly agreed on the big move to the Big Apple, where the model will further pursue her runway dreams. Having previously been stationed in Paris and Tokyo, the waifish blonde will spend "months" working catwalks and cameras in the city that never sleeps. The loved-up couple, who are both incredibly private despite their careers in the spotlight, were together at the funky Gazebo Wine Garden, Elizabeth Bay, on Tuesday night and were none too happy, as usual, to have their exit snapped by local paps. Johns and his girl were also seen at the Golden Century in Chinatown the night bef...
